We are strengthening our Medical team and we are now looking for a

MEDICAL ADVISOR Neurology

Your main responsibilities include:

• Producing and disseminating high-quality medical and scientific information to internal and external stakeholders
• Offering strategic scientific support to cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Market Access
• Staying up to date with the latest developments in neurology by reviewing scientific literature and attending relevant congresses and seminars
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in Finland
• Collaborating with internal teams and external experts to improve standards of care and patient outcomes
• Contributing to the development of innovative Medical Affairs practices and continuously enhancing your own expertise
• Reporting directly to the Head of Medical Affairs, Specialty Care

To thrive in this role, you bring a combination of scientific expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative spirit. We’re looking for someone who has:

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a solid understanding of the Finnish healthcare landscape
• A higher education degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field (e.g. PharmD, PhD)
• Strong scientific orientation; additional academic training is considered an asset
• Experience in neurology, particularly migraine or related conditions, is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English
• Ability to interpret scientific literature and translate insights into actionable strategies
• A proactive, independent mindset combined with strong teamwork skills
• Interest in working within a commercial environment and making a meaningful impact on patient care
• Familiarity with registry-based research and the Finnish healthcare data ecosystem is highly valued
