We are looking for an experienced mobile developer to work on diverse customer projects

You can jump into a development project, for example, in healthcare, early childhood education, or the transportation industry. There are genuinely meaningful projects that affect the lives of hundreds of thousands of people. Examples of our customers:  Kempower ,  Aimo Park ,  Finnish Tax Administration and TE-Digi .

What we expect from you

We hope that you already have s everal years of experience in mobile development and that you master modern technologies and methods . You are proud of the code you have created that is tested and working. You are used to working as part of a self-directed team and in cooperation with the customer’s product owner. Customer orientation and communication with non-technical people are also an integral part of your job description. 

We are primarily looking for an experienced (front-end or full-stack) mobile developer; React Native experts.
In addition to React Native, you may have expertise in, for example, the following technologies/areas:

• Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin
• Flutter
• Web development (React)
• Back end development
• Cloud Development

A personal security clearance can be made for the person selected for the position.

Our official language is English, but Finnish language skills are considered an advantage in our recruitment process.

Salary development

For us it is important that Goforeans receive reasonable total compensation for their work. The compensation is the outcome of, not only experience and skills, but also active work for our two values: being a good workplace for everyone and considering customer perspective in everything we do. The feedback that you receive, your utilization rate (we are consultants, after all!) and your own professional development are central in the salary discussions with your People Leader (i.e. supervisor).

We have different salary models, and in addition to the monthly salary, we have separate bonuses linked with the company’s success. Bonuses can be related to, for example, recruitment, sales or actions advancing Gofore’s employer brand.
