Vahvistamme kenttämyyntiorganisaatiotamme ja etsimme meille sopivaa henkilöä vastaamaan myyntikoordinaattorin tehtävistä.

Työtehtäviisi kuuluu:

Myyntikoordinaattorina vastaat päivittäisistä myynnin tukitehtävistä ja toimiston yleisistä asioista. 

Tehtäviisi kuuluu muun muassa:

Myynnin järjestelmien ylläpito ja päivittäminen kuten asiakastietojen hallinta, myynninedistämissuunnittelun ja listausten ylläpito sekä raportointi

Tarjoat tukea ja mahdollistat myynnin järjestelmien tehokkaan käytön

Ylläpidät ja päivität myynnin raportteja

Toimit Pohjoismaisen Sales Systems -tiimin Suomen yhteyshenkilönä

Osallistut myynnin järjestelmien käyttöönottoon ja testaamiseen

Tuet myyntikenttää järjestelmien ja laitteiden käytössä

Vastaat monista toimiston yleisistä asioista

Tehtävän vaatimukset:

Kokemus myynnin tukitehtävistä tai vastaavista tehtävistä

Proaktiivistaluonnetta ja erinomaisiakommunikaatiotaitoja

Oletpalveluhenkinenongelmanratkaisija

Haluat työskennellä aktiivisesti osana tiimiä

Hyväorganisointi- ja ajanhallintakyky

Tarkkuus ja huolellisuusyksityiskohtiensuhteen

Sujuva suomen ja englannin kielen taito

Käytätsujuvasti MS Office -ohjelmistoja

Kokemus SAPin ja Power BI:n käytöstä on eduksi
