• Solid and proven back-end developer for Java EE
• Talented front-end developer with experience in JavaScript frameworks and web technologies
• DevOps talent who is not afraid to take on potentially inflexible processes
• Creative designer with track record in user experience, design and graphical skills
• Specialist of Microsoft's development tools, .NET and C#
• Jewel of Ruby on Rails with full-stack knowledge
• Mathematical wizard with analytical mind and grasp of statistics for big data analytics and visualization
• Service Manager with hands on experience of Dynamics CRM and Sharepoint, respect for quality, task management and leadership

In general we work a lot with Java Spring/Play and other frameworks and .NET web services, SQL and NoSQL databases, REST and HTTP/XML integrations and JavaScript frameworks.

Keep in mind that good Siilis are made of many things in addition to competence. Such things are for example interpersonal skills, craftmanship attitude and pro-activeness. So please feel free to show us your personality as well.
