Our recruitment process includes 1 or 2 interviews, where we discuss both technical and work personality related topics. In some cases we use small technical assignments also. Interviews are usually Teams meetings and take approx. 1,5 hours. Our goal is to keep recruitment process as simple as possible for your convenience.
