The Operations Manager will lead the transformation of all country operations, with a focus on both initiating change and building upon existing frameworks to drive continuous performance improvements across service delivery. The Operations Manager will need to possess a comprehensive understanding of the local market, partnering with various organizational units to enhance operational systems and processes.

As a key member of the local leadership team, the Operations Manager will play a crucial role in enabling scalable growth and driving efficiency to enhance profitability. Responsibilities include overseeing the operations team, attracting and developing talent, achieving targeted margins, and enhancing the end-to-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution

• Develop and execute a transformation plan, leveraging existing frameworks to ensure seamless service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and optimal resource utilization.
• Innovate and implement operational strategies to enhance scalability, foster growth, and increase profitability.

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team, including project managers and customer support, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while promoting a 'One Zeta' mindset.
• Cultivate employee and team engagement.

Internal Cross-Functional Collaboration and External Supplier Collaboration

• Promote robust collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Commercial and Product.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality services.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency, drive margin improvement, boost revenue growth, and meet delivery requirements.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of operations management experience within technology businesses, with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience with software, hardware, and services deployment is strongly preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of B2B technology business models, industry trends, and best practices.
• Fluency in Finnish and in English
