We are looking for an experienced, positive and agile
ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
to join our Logistics team at Marimekko´s HQ in Helsinki.
As an Order Management Specialist, you manage shipments with the aim of developing the supply chain process to be more transparent, efficient, and environmentally friendly. The general objective is to meet delivery, productivity, and accuracy goals.
In this role you work cross-functionally focusing on continuous development of operations and cooperation between stakeholders, and you are part of Marimekko´s logistic team.
This is a full-time & permanent position, starting as soon as possible, in which you will report to Marimekko’s Logistics Director.
Main responsibilities:
In order to succeed in the role, you have:
A relevant educational background e.g. logistics, business administration or engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in order management, export, import or warehouse logistics operations
Strong analytical skills and interest in Logistics analytics
Experience and/or knowledge of supply chain management and willing to challenge yourself
Ability to perform under pressure with little supervision with good planning and organizing skills
True passion for process development and interest to daily improvement of operational work
Fluent communication skills in Finnish and in English
Must have strong ICT skills with focus on ERP, Demand planning and MS Office
