Our cutting-edge products—FabricAI UI for accounting offices and AI Inside REST API for software developers—are redefining efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

We’re now hiring a Partnership Lead to take charge of growing our software partnership ecosystem, with a particular focus on leading financial software vendors across Europe. What to expect in the role

As Partnership Lead at FabricAI, your mission is to establish our AI Inside API as a critical component in the software stacks of leading financial management solutions—starting with Visma companies and expanding across Europe. You'll drive partner acquisition, strengthen existing relationships, and align our partnership strategy with set growth objectives.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role: you'll build the roadmap, manage the pipeline, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful partner integrations and commercial outcomes. You’ll report regularly on progress, contribute to company-wide strategy, and work alongside product, marketing, and customer success teams to create meaningful impact.

Your key responsibilities

• Sales & ecosystem development: Identify, engage, and onboard key financial software vendors who can integrate with FabricAI’s AI Inside API.


• Partnership strategy: Shape and execute our European partnership strategy to support long-term growth and platform adoption.


• Relationship management: Build trusted relationships with strategic stakeholders, both inside and outside the Visma ecosystem.


• Commercial negotiation: Lead commercial discussions and partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial and aligned with business objectives.


• Partner success: Collaborate with implementation and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term value creation for partners.


• Feedback loop: Channel insights from partners back to product and marketing teams to influence roadmap and go-to-market messaging.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: You have a strong track record in strategic partnerships, business development, or partner sales in a SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software context. Experience working with or within software ecosystems like Visma is a plus.


• Skills: You’re skilled in partner lifecycle management—from identifying and closing new opportunities to managing long-term relationships. You bring strong negotiation and communication abilities, and you’re fluent in English and Finnish.


• Mindset: You’re relationship-driven, strategic by nature, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You know how to navigate ambiguity, align multiple stakeholders, and work toward shared goals.

We offer flexibility in location: work remotely, from one of our offices in Helsinki, Lappeenranta, or Tampere, or from any Visma office in Finland.

Salary range: Estimated 4 800 – 6 000 €/month and performance-related component, depending on experience and seniority. We're happy to discuss your expectations.

Recruitment process includes 2 interview rounds and a work personality assessment. We will start interviewing during June, but due to summer holiday season approaching there might be delays.
