Performance Creative Lead

Draivi is a fast-growing international performance marketing company, recognized three times on the Financial Times FT1000 list of Europe's fastest-growing companies. With €30M revenue in 2025 and operations across the Nordics, Germany, Spain, Mexico and South Africa, we help lenders and financial service providers acquire customers through data-driven marketing and comparison platforms.

We are looking for a Performance Creative Lead to build and operate our creative engine across all markets. In this hybrid role, you will both produce high-performing creatives yourself and scale output through systems, AI tools, and freelancers. Your work directly fuels growth in 8+ countries across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.

We’re looking for someone who understands performance marketing, moves fast, and loves testing and iterating on ads that convert. If you’re a creative professional who’s excited to take ownership and help drive growth in a fast-moving company, this role could be for you.

In short: You’re not just a designer. Not just a video editor. Not just a creative lead. You are a Creative Factory, who produces high-quality, data-driven ad content at speed while building up a growing team. Your work directly fuels our growth across all markets.

In practice this means:

Systems & Workflow

• Build and run our “Creative Factory” process from idea to scale.

• Deliver a consistent weekly output of new creatives.

• Build a network of UGC creators, editors, and freelancers.

Creative Strategy & Insights

• Turn performance data into new creative angles and variations.

• Iterate quickly on winning ads.

• Stay on top of platform and competitor creative trends

Creative Production (Hands-On)

• Produce high-performing ads: short videos, UGC edits, static images.

• Use AI tools to scale creative output.

• Develop hooks, scripts, and concepts based on performance data.

• Adapt and localize creatives for multiple markets.

What skills do we expect you to have?

• Ability to build and lead a scalable creative production unit

• Workflow/ops system building

• Strong visual and creative skills: expertise in ad layout, video editing, and still image production

• Ability to create content that converts and aligns with data-driven goals

• Hands-on ability with video and image tools (Adobe, CapCut, DaVinci, Runway, Figma, Canva etc.)

• AI and automation know-how: interest and experience in using different AI tools to speed up or enhance creative production

• Experience in creative concepting (hooks, headlines, angles)
