PMO Lead

We are now looking fora PMO Lead to join our team in Espoo. In this role you will be responsible for leading our project management practices across all delivery teams, including also deliveries managed by external project managers. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about project management and has a hands-on approach to developing methodologies and monitoring and reporting on project portfolio progress and performance.

The role also includes working as a project manager (on average around 30-50% of working time), giving you the opportunity to lead by example and demonstrate in practice how the methodology works in the projects you successfully manage. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction through qualitative and timely fulfilment of deliveries.

We’re looking for someone who…

• Has 3+ years of consultancy / project management experience in B2B software implementation projects
• Has a customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Has the leadership skills to lead also across organisational boundaries and manage teams of technical professionals in delivery projects
• Has the courage and competence to mentor project managers and project teams to help our clients succeed
• Is experienced in contributing to the sales process by e.g. validating feasible delivery content and schedule
• Is self-driven, hands-on and efficient with a make-it-happen -attitude and enjoys fast-growing and changing environment
• Has excellent negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills
• Speaks Finnish or Swedish as their first language and has good skills in spoken and written English
• Ideally, holds one or several certificates in the following areas: Prince2, IPMA, SCRUM, SAFe, ITIL
