Job Description - Procurement Specialist (Mandarin/English)

We’re a close-knit, ambitious team of 40+, driven by a mission to make the world a better place by providing affordable, environmentally sustainable AI compute for training and deploying machine learning models at scale.

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with fluency in Mandarin and English to join our growing team. If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy collaborating across teams, and have a knack for building efficient systems, we’d love to hear from you!

Manage on on-demand quotations, purchases, and sales agreements.
Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Work closely with our financial team to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Assist in creating and refining pipelines, processes, and the structure of our procurement system.
Stay informed about new market trends for products, services, and materials, ensuring we remain competitive and innovative.
Monitor inventory levels and movement across all company locations to ensure accuracy and availability.

Fluent written and spoken language skills in Mandarin and English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
Local to the Helsinki area and able to work in our office in Kamppi.
(Preferred) 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field.
(Preferred) Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and vendor negotiations.
