INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW:

As a Product Analyst Intern you will you’ll bring our customers to life through data wherever decisions are being made, whether it’s participating in product refinements, working with our marketing experts or presenting to our executive team. How do we improve our offering to our users? How do we improve payer penetration and conversion? What makes someone convert to our premium functionality vs not?




In this role, you will work on real-world advanced projects.

• Use data and analysis with the intent to deliver meaningful change and opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Drive insight led analysis, offering suggestions on ways to improve our app and premium functionality
• Look at how our data is stored and what data points we need to add in order to make informative decisions
• Use Mixpanel to find ways to continuing optimising our user flow, from first contact, to retaining customer.
• Look at ways to optimise messaging, and timing for push notifications
• Analyse Google Analytics, Facebook ads and Google Ads to improve CAC
• Build dashboards to present complex data in a simple way
• Deliver deep-dive analysis on areas of risk or opportunity, utilizing dashboards and tools for scalable and actionable access to data and insights, delivering it to stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to refine or define KPIs. Partner with PMs to develop rigorous insights to inform prioritisation and planning of the product roadmap.

You are a self-aware, collaborative and have a positive character. You have a strong passion for digitisation of healthcare with belief in a preventative approach to health. You have a good understanding of what it takes to create something from nothing, and have been a part of successful, scalable technical projects. You thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven and agile environment and you want to use your talent to help us our mission to change the landscape of women’s health.

• You have experience analysing complex data
• Comfortable working with Mixpanel, Google & Facebook Manager
• You are an entrepreneurial self starter who takes ownership of their responsibilities
• Comfortable with visualizing data in a range of output formats (e.g. decks) or tools (e.g. BI tools such as Tableau, Microstrategy etc.) with clear attention to storytelling
• You know how to implement best practices and share them with your colleagues
• You are fluent in English
• You are flexible and organized
• You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, engaging with your audience on a personal level.
