We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager (or Senior) to take ownership of how our products are positioned, communicated, and brought to market globally.
You’ll sit at the intersection of commercial, product development, and marketing teams turning product capabilities into clear value propositions, and ensuring our messaging is consistent, relevant, and impactful across all touchpoints.
You’ll be part of the HQ marketing team in Espoo, working closely with our regional marketing teams across EMEA, APAC, and NOAM to drive alignment and execution globally.
This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on involvement, ensuring both direction and delivery are in place.
What you’ll do
Drive product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across our portfolio
Translate complex software and hardware capabilities into clear, compelling stories that drive adoption
Plan and drive go-to-market strategies for new products and features
Lead the development of product marketing assets and campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external agencies
Support global product launches with aligned messaging and execution across regions
Work closely with commercial teams and regional marketing to ensure consistency and impact across markets
Enable Sales and partners with materials, training, and clear product narratives
Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competition
Ensure consistency of product messaging across all channels and regions
Continuously improve messaging, content, and campaigns based on insights and performance
What we’re looking for
Experience in product marketing, ideally in IoT, smart building technologies, or B2B tech environments combining hardware and software
Strong understanding of how product marketing drives growth, adoption, and business impact
Ability to craft messaging that resonates with different audiences – from technical users to business decision-makers
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a clear understanding of how different channels, formats, and audiences shape effective messaging – including how B2C best practices can be applied in B2B contexts
Experience working with multiple content formats and channels, and collaborating with agencies or creative partners
Understanding of global brands and how to maintain consistency across markets
Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
Hands-on but strategic – comfortable driving direction while ensuring execution happens
Comfortable using modern tools to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of marketing work
Bonus points if you have
Experience in lighting, IoT, or smart building technologies
Experience with mobile apps and/or embedded hardware products
Familiarity with global go-to-market coordination

This role is based at our head office in Espoo, Finland, where most of our team works together in a hybrid setting.
