Product Marketing Specialist

Step into shaping the story of Profinder’s products, we’re hiring a Product Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Specialist to help clarify and communicate the value of Profinder’s offerings in a clear and compelling way.

Profinder’s product portfolio includes both SaaS products and service-based offerings, with a strong emphasis on SaaS. In this role, you will be responsible for product marketing and product messaging across the entire portfolio.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys turning products and services into clear customer-facing stories, understands complex offerings, and is comfortable working independently once the goal is clear.

Why this role matters

This is a new role at Profinder, created to strengthen how our products and services are brought to market. You’ll have a real opportunity to help shape the role itself and influence the direction of product marketing as we continue to grow and evolve.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on how Profinder’s products and services are understood in the market, in sales, and by our customers. Your work will be visible in customer communications, sales materials, and product and service launches. You will play a key role in building a consistent and easy-to-understand narrative around what Profinder offers.

What you will be doing

• Own product messaging and contribute to positioning across Profinder’s product portfolio

• Clarify product and service benefits, use cases, and how offerings relate to each other, in collaboration with product development and management

• Create clear, customer-focused content for product pages, feature descriptions, and customer communications

• Plan and execute product- and service-related communications for existing customers, such as newsletters and launches

• Create sales enablement materials and ensure consistent messaging across channels

• Work independently: you receive goals, but define and execute the approach

• Explore and use new tools and technologies (e.g. AI-assisted tools) to improve and scale your work

What we expect from you

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a product marketing role, preferably in a SaaS or digital services environment

• Experience working with and communicating broad product portfolios or service offerings

• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear customer-facing messages

• Ability to understand complex concepts, prioritize effectively, and focus on what matters most

• A self-directed working style and ownership of your area of responsibility

• Curiosity and willingness to learn new things and experiment with tools and technologies that improve efficiency

• Basic experience maintaining and updating websites (we use WordPress)

• Fluent communication skills in English and Finnish

Bonus points if you also have

• A graphic or visual background, or experience working with visual assets (e.g. images for product pages or sales materials)

• Experience with service design or customer journey development

• Experience working with or marketing to the Swedish market

• Fluent spoken and written Swedish

Your compensation is competitive and consists of a fixed monthly salary in the range of €3,000–€3,800, depending on your experience and skills.
