We are Hiring: Product Quality Manager

Are you passionate about driving excellence in product development and ensuring that every detail meets the highest standards? We are looking for a Product Quality Manager to join our Product Team in the Semiconductor Business Unit. In this role, you will report to the Head of Product, Semiconductor ALD, and play a critical part in safeguarding the quality of our products and project deliveries.

What you will do

As our Product Quality Manager, you will:

• Review and approve product development and project delivery gates, ensuring requirements are met before moving to the next phase


• Create and maintain detailed checklists for each stage of the product lifecycle


• Review technical documentation and deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and industry standards


• Drive continuous quality improvements, enhancing internal engineering processes and introducing best practices


• Define and monitor quality benchmarks and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders


• Provide training to the team on quality standards, tools, and methodologies


• Identify and mitigate quality-related risks while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards


• Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Development, Engineering, and Marketing—to strengthen product quality at every step

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Materials Science, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field)


• Experience in product management or new product development


• Solid knowledge of quality methodologies (e.g., QRQC, PDCA, TQM, 5S, Kaizen, 8D, FMEA, Poka-Yoke, DFSS)


• Strong understanding of product lifecycles, documentation, and regulatory compliance


• Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to identify root causes and risks


• Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Ability to collaborate across functions, manage multiple projects, and deliver on deadlines

Following skills are considered a plus

• Familiarity with semiconductor equipment manufacturing processes and standards


• Knowledge of Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) processes and equipment


• Experience in intellectual property protection and patenting


• Understanding of semiconductor industry regulations (e.g., Machinery Directive, SEMI S2, ISO 12100, ISO 9001)


• Exposure to project management methodologies
