Production Development Manager

If you are passionate about production development, this could be your next adventure. We are looking for a Production Development Manager for our Turku Supply. This position is permanent and located at Sandvik’s Turku site which is the cutting-edge product development and manufacturing center for our Load and Haul division.

What you’ll do

In your role, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment of production development activities and production technology & methods to Load & Haul division strategy. You will be responsible for operational excellence activities to improve productivity and lead times. You will also be leading investment projects and introducing new products to production. In addition, team’s responsibilities include method development.

What we’re looking for

• You’ve got a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Production or Engineering, or a related field, and several years of hands-on leadership experience.

• You have strong knowledge of production development activities.

• You’re a natural collaborator, skilled at building strong relationships both inside and outside the company.

• You communicate fluently in Finnish and English – both are essential.
