Creanex is part of Gofore. Creanex is a Finnish manufacturer of vehicle and heavy machinery simulators and an expert in developing various simulator solutions. Creanex is growing internationally and is the leading simulator supplier in the Finland. Creanex has a long history of collaboration with leading international heavy machinery manufacturers in its field.

We are looking for a project manager to lead our software projects for both our internal product development as well as our customer projects needs

Our product development team is located in Tampere; locality and daily interaction with people is an essential part of this task. Remote working is partially possible, but please be ready to be part of our team at our office in Kaleva, Tampere.

What we expect from you

We design and manufacture simulator solutions for the product development as well as for the training needs of mobile work machines for our customers. The solutions are based on our own product platform, which we develop independently in addition to customer customizations. You help customers with projects that are critical to their business, and at the same time you are also responsible for product development projects on our own simulator platform, to some extent. Big, reliable work machines are connected to our operating environment, which is why we hope you are interested in various technical gadgets.
We require you to have solid project management skills for software projects. As a technical project manager, you participate in project management throughout the project’s life cycle, from customer specifications to delivery and maintenance. You have solid know-how and evidence of carrying out software development projects on both the device as well as the system side. You have accumulated work experience in similar tasks for several years and you have experience with agile project management methods/framework and the tools used for project management. Finnish language skills are considered an advantage in our recruitment process due to needed customer interaction. In the projects, you are part of the international Gofore organization, so you must be able to operate fluently in English. German language skills are considered an advantage.
