Project Manager, Customer Project Delivery Helsinki

We are looking for a Project Manager, Customer Project Delivery to join Coolbrook’s Delivery and Aftermarket team.

As a Project Manager for our first industrial scale customer project deliveriesyou will be leading a project team and oversee customer delivery projects, with responsibilities including planning, executing, monitoring, and completing the projects. In this role you willensure that projects align with organizational goals, are delivered on time, within budget, and meet specified requirements.

In this permanent role you will be based in Helsinki, Finland and report to SVP, Project Delivery and Aftermarketwhile collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

As a Project Manager for customer project deliveries, your responsibilities would include

• Creating, developing, and maintaining the overall project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and met.
• Establishing and maintaining customer contacts throughout the project delivery, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring that project-related work is executed according to contract specifications, design directives, and planned cost budgets.
• Monitoring, controlling, and reporting on the quality, delivery time, cost, and scope of the projects.

For success in this role, you will need

• A MSc or BSc degree in Engineering. Preferred specialization in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Willingness to actively develop own and others skills within the project management knowledge areas as well as system integration area.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Being forward thinking and goal focused
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record and experience leading a team in direct customer interface
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to various stakeholders
• Leadership abilities to steer internal and external stakeholders/teams
• Strong problem solving skills to address technical roadblocks along the way with a “making things happen approach”
• An entrepreneurial mindset and strong drive to work on variety of tasks

In this role, you are expected to havereadiness to travel for client negotiations and project sites across all continents.Management and coordination of external engineering and construction teams are also essential parts of this role.
