Key Responsibilities:

• To assist Site Director in planning, preparation of conceptual design, programme, and technical specification for Data Centre construction projects.

• To provide holistic technical review throughout various contract execution stages from detailed design, construction, testing and commissioning to completion of works.

• To support the daily construction and supervision works in planning, preparation of client brief, user requirements, programme and technical specification for Data Centre construction projects.

• To provide site supervision closely monitoring the site progress for installation and T&C to make sure the installation in line with technical specification in good quality and timely manner.

• To prepare timely report and presentation document for project planning, progress, milestone schedule, key impacts to project execution, critical process for review by site director or senior management.

• To assist in safety and quality controls inspection at construction sites, testing and commissioning and monitoring project progress.

Requirements

• Good command of Finnish and English languages, both spoken and written.

• Systematic approach and strong interpersonal skills.

• Expertise and experience in schedule management.

• Degree in electrical/mechanical/BS engineering or construction management

• Minimum 3 years of working experience on technically demanding construction project management, and site supervision would be an advantage.

• Technically knowledge or equivalent experience in MEP, in particular UPS, Generators, Static Switches, Transformers, HVSB, LVSB, etc would be an advantage.

• Experiences in design or project management in Data Centre facilities will be a strong advantage.
