We are looking for a Project Manager for a two-year fixed term position at Fermion’s production plant in Oulu. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a demanding GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, developing processes and harmonizing ways of working across our production sites in both Oulu and Hanko towards more aligned operating models.
To succeed in this role, you will build a strong understanding of current processes, operating models and stakeholder interaction, identifying opportunities to improve collaboration and operational effectiveness. Working closely with stakeholders from different functions, you will get insights to utilize, transforming these into practical solutions and new ways of working that support Fermion’s long-term business needs. You will ensure that improvements deliver clear benefits and become part of everyday operations across the production organization.
