We are looking for receptionist for our client Santa’s Hotel Santa Claus in Rovaniemi. In the heart of Rovaniemi, Santa’s Hotel Santa Claus is ideal place to stay on your visit to the Official Hometown of Santa Claus! Arctic adventures, Lappish culture, art and entertainment, as well as safaris and excursions under the midnight sun or the long polar winter are all steps away from our hotel.Our full-service hotel has excellent conference facilities, an in-house à la carte restaurant, bar and café. We are happy to tailor holidays and events for individual travelers, high-end guests as well as meetings and incentives groups. Santa’s Hotel Santa Claus has a total of 170 rooms.We expect from you:

Experience of this field at least 3 years and knowledge of Opera Cloud is advantage.

Fluent English language skills, other language skills are considered an advantage.

A genuine desire to serve customers in the best possible way from the beginning to the end of the visit.

Good problem solving and pressure tolerance.

Independent and self-initiated approach to work.

Start of this position is in between September-November 2024 lasting until March-April 2025.

The salary is negotiable. Fulltime position 112,5 hours / 3 weeks.
