Receptionist, Star Arctic, Northern Finland, Saariselkä

We are looking for a Receptionist / Activity Front Desk expert for our client company, Star Arctic, SAARISELKÄ for the winter season 4-5!

The work will start in November according to the agreement, lasting until the end of the spring season.

The job description includes customer service as well as daily reception functions and the sale of program services. As part of your job duties, you also include serving drinks and working in the cafe. The job description is varied, we will teach you the tasks. The person we are looking for already has some experience in reception, as well as the attitude and desire to learn more. In this job, a diamond attitude to customer service at the front line of the hotel is very important.

 The employment contract will be between the employee and StaffPoint. We offer working hours of h/3 weeks. Salary is at least ,€/h. Depending on your skills, we will negotiate a higher salary.

What we need from you

• Previous work experience as a hotel receptionist and selling program services
• Knowledge of the Mews reservation system will be considered to your advantage
• Knowledge of the Fare Harbor system is considered to your advantage
• Ability to work independently in a busy work environment
• Good command of English, other language skills are considered an advantage.
