Job Description - Chief of Staff

We’re a close-knit, ambitious team of 40, driven by a mission to make this world a better place by bringing affordable, environmentally sustainable cloud capacity to organizations. As we scale, we are seeking a strategic and organized Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO and our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our leadership is focused on the most impactful decisions, streamlining operations, and driving the business forward.

Lead and manage cross-functional projects such as fundraising rounds, product launches, or major presentations.
Handle routine decision-making and smaller issues to free up executive bandwidth.
Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information for fundraising presentations.
Prepare materials for investor meetings and industry events.
Provide insights and updates from across the company to support data-driven decision-making.
Identify gaps and opportunities to improve organizational efficiency.
Monitor and track the progress of strategic initiatives.
Support the executive team in achieving business goals and scaling the company.
Complete other tasks as necessary to contribute to the progress of the company.

5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or similar roles, preferably in a start-up or high-growth environment.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
