Key Responsibilities

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English.
• Experience in solutions consulting or customer service is a big plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a heart for client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients.
• A good understanding of technology solutions and a passion for learning new tools.
