Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and offering expert advice on products and services.
• Deliver outstanding customer support by efficiently resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with specialized teams to provide accurate and timely information relevant to customer needs.
• Maintain records of customer interactions within the CRM system for effective follow-up and performance tracking.
• Participate in team meetings to contribute insights and suggest improvements for customer experience.
• Stay current with product developments and enhancements to provide informed support.
• Engage in ongoing training to continually refine your skills and knowledge within the tech landscape.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• A genuine interest in technology and a familiarity with tech products and services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment and adapt to changing needs.
