Responsibilities

• Assist Finnish-speaking clients across various platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
• Provide exceptional customer support and problem-solving assistance.

• Engage in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and service skills.

• Fluent in Finnish and English (both spoken and written).
• Recent graduate or entry-level with a strong desire to learn.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and adaptability to new challenges.
• Willingness to relocate and embrace Greek culture.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles is a plus.
