• Stay informed about the latest features and updates of the platform to provide accurate guidance to users.
• Document all interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system for service optimization.
• Collaborate with team members to identify trends and suggest improvements for better service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to continually enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
