Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries with accuracy and empathy.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system to ensure continuity.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance.
• Engage in ongoing training sessions to develop your skills and product knowledge.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
