Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing solutions regarding electronic products.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings to ensure accurate and helpful support.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to identify trends and improve customer service strategies.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
• Offer suggestions for improving processes and overall customer satisfaction.

• Fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in electronics or technology, is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
