Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for customers on how to effectively navigate and use digital store platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to formulate strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the digital shopping experience.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in e-commerce and digital retail to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Efficiently address customer issues or complaints related to the digital store experience.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, particularly within the e-commerce or digital retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms and tools used in online retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on fostering customer satisfaction.
• Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
• Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer care.
