Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues accurately and promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with the company’s products and services to provide precise and relevant assistance.
• Document customer interactions and track technical issues efficiently in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to refine service delivery and overall customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to expand your knowledge of products and stay informed on updates.
• Provide feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions to improve processes.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is beneficial.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
