Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Finnish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video streaming promptly and effectively.
• Guide customers on utilizing the platform and its features to enhance their experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues within the CRM system.
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with product updates and improve support skills.
• Provide feedback to management to help enhance customer service processes and overall user experience.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for assisting others.
• Previous experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems with efficiency and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a friendly demeanor.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and improving processes.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Familiarity with video streaming platforms is advantageous.
