MUST HAVES:

• Language skills: Proficiency in German at a full professional level is absolutely mandatory, along with proficiency in Finnish and English.
• Leadership wizardry: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills that bring teams together
• Project Mastery: Proven track record in leading IT projects and experience from the supplier side. Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Juggling Master: Proven ability to manage multiple projects like a pro. 
• Problem-Solving Innovator: Proficient in risk management and finding creative solutions.
• Objective Achiever: Ability to identify and prioritize key objectives for successful project outcomes.
• Planning Guru: A knack for forming clear and actionable work plans from diverse requirements

 
NICE TO HAVES:

• ITIL4 Foundation I IPMA C I PMP I Prince or similar project management fundamentals training
