Your mission
As
Head of Onboarding Services, you will lead the EMEA team to deliver high-quality, scalable HubSpot implementations that accelerate our clients time-to-value, maximise the ROI of HubSpot and generate long-term partnerships with enterprises across EMEA.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic ownership:
- Own the P&L for Onboarding Services, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
- Set and manage annual departmental budget
- Lead recruitment, development, and retention of a high-performing onboarding team, aligned to the Avidly Career Framework
- Continuously evolve our onboarding strategy, structure, and training based on ecosystem trends and customer needs
Execution & Delivery:- Define what great HubSpot onboarding looks like at Avidly; develop and maintain standardised processes and documentation to deliver world-class projects for upper mid-market and enterprise organisations.
- Ensure onboarding projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope - driving early client adoption
- Assign client work based on skill, availability, and development goals. Manage team resourcing needs and identify when hiring is needed
- Personally lead a number of strategic enterprise onboardings
- Act as a senior escalation point - resolving risks while balancing client satisfaction and commercial impact
- Implement client facing change management processes that support adoption and stakeholder alignment
- Document and embed lessons from successful (and failed) engagements to strengthen standards
Commercial Leadership:- Ensure onboarding success translates into client retention and readiness for expansion
- Surface cross-sell and upsell opportunities to Consulting and Web & App teams
- Deliver accurate and commercially-aligned performance reporting to senior leadership
- Use onboarding data to recommend pricing, packaging, and scope improvements
Collaboration & Culture:- Partner with Consulting and Web & App leaders to ensure seamless post-onboarding transitions
- Foster a feedback-rich, improvement-focused culture within the onboarding team
- Promote psychological safety, learning, and ownership across all team levels
- Clearly communicate Avidly strategic direction and process changes; secure team buy-in.
AI Adoption:- Set team standards for AI tool usage and adoption.
- Integrate AI tools into implementation processes to enhance delivery quality
- Lead adoption by connecting AI use to measurable KPIs and client impact

Please note: Avidly is a remote-first business and so all interview will be held via Google Meet. Should you live close to one of our offices then it could be possible to schedule an onsite, in-person meeting (dependant on location of hiring manager).
Your profile
Proven experience in a Head of level role (preferably in an agency environment); owning P&L, driving profitability & growth and managing budgets
5+ years experience in HubSpot or adjacent CRM ecosystems, leading teams and projects. Demonstrable experience in agency / professional services leadership roles.
Strong people-leader with exceptional communication skills, fluent in English. Other languages are a plus, especially: German, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish
Ability to build & manage high-performing teams; define what success looks like and coach team members to high performance and progression
Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar
Be the senior escalation point for technical or commercial issues
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
