In International Business Developer role your main responsibilities are:
To lead structured employer discovery in new markets: building target lists, conducting outreach, running stakeholder calls, documenting insights, and synthesizing learnings.
To build market Go-To-Market understanding: identifying key segments, defining the best entry approach, mapping decision processes and objections, and gathering early pricing sensitivity insights.
To produce decision-ready market “gate” deliverables such as:
Employer discovery summary
Market go-to-market blueprint
Soft Launch plan outline
Gate recommendation one-pagers
To manage Phase 1 execution in a structured way: ensuring plans stay on track, follow-ups happen, trackers are maintained, and outputs land on time.
To maintain excellent CRM discipline: logging discovery and pipeline accurately, and ensuring evidence is reportable from dashboards
To map and qualify the local value delivery ecosystem: bike partner shops, manufacturers, service networks, logistics partners
To support Phase 2 execution when markets move forward: coordination support, handovers, issue tracking, and documenting learnings and iterations
Your profile
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including:
Strong experience in B2B discovery and consultative stakeholder communication (HR/Rewards/Finance).
Strong analytical and synthesis skills: you turn messy inputs into sharp insights and clear recommendations.
Strong Excel and presentation skills: you can create crisp summaries and decision packs quickly.
Comfortable working daily in a CRM (HubSpot is a plus, but mindset matters more).
High ownership and execution ability: you drive workstreams independently and deliver high-quality outputs.
International exposure is strongly preferred (experience working across markets or with international clients).
You’re proactive and action-oriented — comfortable reaching out, following up, and moving stakeholder conversations forward.
You enjoy working at speed, staying structured, and keeping progress visible and measurable.
You’re motivated by clarity and outcomes: you help the business make confident Go/No-Go decisions.
You use English fluently (other languages, for example Spanish, German, Italian, etc are a plus).
You have flexibility to travel as that’s expected depending on active markets.
Experience with international expansion and launching new markets is a plus.
Experience in B2B2C models, employee benefits/perks, or leasing/financing-adjacent business models is a plus.
Experience working with partnerships (retail/service networks) is a plus.
Location of the role is Finland (or remote within a similar time zone).
