Job Description - Swedish-speaking Customer Experience Support



Your mission

We are looking for you, a Customer Experience Support - Swedish & Finnish full working proficiency required, to join us for an impactful and exciting journey in a scaleup environment. 

In the Customer Experience Support role your main responsibilities are: 

  • Handle benefit bicycle queries, process orders, ensure accurate data management and provide customer support to our clients in Finland and Sweden.

  • Ongoing proactive and reactive employer and employee support and customer service via our email, phone and chat channels in Swedish and Finnish.

  • Build our customer-facing materials, such as Knowledge Base and FAQs together with the Customer Experience Lead.

  • Manage the end-to-end process from initial contact to the end of the customer bike life cycle.

  • Accidents happen, unfortunately - in this case, you’ll ease the pain by taking care of all necessary paperwork and communications with the insurance company.

  • Supporting Employer and Employee customers to Make A Good Move!




Your profile


We'd expect you to have:

  • Previous experience from a fast-paced multichannel customer support role. 

  • Problem-solving attitude, energetic and solution-oriented mindset and taking ownership of individual tasks. 

  • You understand the value of excellent communication in driving customer experience - you have great interaction skills. 

  • Full working proficiency in Swedish, Finnish and English is expected. 

  • Technical skills will be considered as an advantage in this role.

  • We are all eager to learn at Vapaus. You share this passion and you have the ability to learn independently - you are not afraid to ask for help from your colleagues who are ready to support you.
