Job description

Are you passionate about providing innovative industrial robotic solutions and deliver top-notch customer satisfaction? We are seeking Technical Sales Manager to join our dynamic global Technical Sales and Service (TSS) team and make a meaningful impact in industrial applications.

We are open for you to work remotely anywhere in Europe. Traveling to meet our customers and internal teams is part of your work.

Your role:

Technical Sales Manager role is a key position to drive our success delivering Mirka’s automated surface finishing solutions for industrial customers. You will spearhead efforts to expand our robotic solution deliveries with a strong initial focus on European markets. You will also collaborate with our regional industrial sales teams globally to find possibilities in the markets.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Generate Pipeline: Reach out potential customers in focus markets to generate qualified leads and opportunities

·         Industry Representation: Participate in trade fairs and industry events to create customer relations and generate leads

·         Create Success: Master consultative selling methods and support customers throughout the sales process to drive success with Mirka solutions

·         Collaborate: Create and maintain partnerships with different stakeholders in the industry.

·         Drive Efficiency: Contribute to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of proposed technical solutions for the customers.

·         Document Success: Maintain thorough records in CRM, document success stories, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

·         Knowledge sharing: Share your knowhow and success within your team.

Job requirements

Most important skills/competences:

  • Proven track record in technical sales role with Industrial customers

  • Experience from a technical role in industrial robotic applications

  • Self-motivated and organized mindset with ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication skills in English to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • A collaborative mindset to work effectively with different stakeholders and internal teams like Application Engineers, R&D, and Production.

Working language is English
