To enable our growth, we’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist to join our global and diverse team on-site in our Helsinki office. This is a fixed-term role until the end of June, starting as soon as we find the right person.
In this role you’ll run our sales and marketing operations end-to-end: segmentation, workflows, email automation, data hygiene, and dashboards, making sure our marketing and sales teams can execute campaigns and follow-up smoothly. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve lead handling, nurture flows, and overall go-to-market execution — plus support selected marketing operations tasks as needed.
To be successful in this role, you are a curious and active get-stuff-done type of person who takes complete accountability for your tasks and responsibilities. You are also proactive in solving problems and thrive on finding new ways to improve performance.
Your responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day: setup of workflows, email automation, and lead segmentation to keep our marketing and sales engine running smoothly .
Maintaining data hygiene: cleaning lists, and ensuring that our CRM data is accurate and actionable.
Working together with Sales and Marketing to build an awesome user-experience for them: refine lead scoring, hand-over processes, and automated nurture sequences.
Creating and maintaining clear reports in HubSpot that track performance and funnel health.
Helping the team launch marketing activities by for example setting up landing pages, tracking URLs, and associated automation.
Identifying bottlenecks in our current setup and suggesting practical ways to simplify or automate manual tasks.
Requirements:
Hands-on HubSpot experience: You have practical experience with HubSpot (marketing and/or sales hubs) and feel comfortable building world-class experience for our HubSpot users.
Process-oriented mindset: You enjoy organizing things and have a natural eye for detail when it comes to data and logic.
Analytical skills: You are comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM data to find answers and report on progress.
Collaboration skills: You can communicate clearly with different teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Proactive problem-solver: You don’t wait for a manual; you’re happy to dive into documentation or community forums to figure out a fix.
Location preferably near Helsinki, as that’s where we are headquartered.

The pay range for this role is around 3000 - 3500 euros per month, though not set in stone as we assess each case individually.
