Job Description - Sales Consultant, Helsinki

In this role your main responsibility will be to acquire new customers on the Finnish market through B2B sales activities. With the support of your team, you will be given full responsibility for the entire sales process, from prospecting to having the sales meetings and closing the business deals. You will be interacting daily with top decision makers from various fields and functions. If you see yourself as an ambitious, enthusiastic, sales-oriented person, this might just be the perfect career path for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential customers, booking meetings, and leading the sales meetings and sales process till the end
  • You will be given full responsibility of the entire sales process but alongside you are supported by your team and team leader
  • Collaborating closely with the customer management unit and supporting the new customers with the implementing phase of the product
  • Providing consultative value-based solution selling towards the key stakeholders you meet from different industries and from the private and public sector.
  • Expectations:

  • Native or fluent Finnish and conversational English
  • Ideally some previous professional experience with customers and sales related tasks
  • Targets are what drives us, so we want people who aim to reach the monthly and annual budgets
  • High ownership of your daily work, which means working independently and knowing your sales numbers. However, as you also have the support of your team, we hope you are not afraid to ask for guidance from your team members.
