Job Description - Sales Executive

We are looking for someone who doesn't just sell services but builds trust - a partner who can navigate the complexities of multimodal logistics and translate them into simple solutions. Working in daily contact with our Managing Director and Head of Sales, you will operate within a flat structure where a quick phone call replaces a week of meetings. This environment is built for a driven, customer focused sales professional with a hunter mentality. In this role, you have the authority to negotiate alongside a team that actually backs up what you sell. What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Business Development: You will initiate and generate new business through the active sales of our Air and Sea freight product portfolio.
  • Strategize for Growth: You will research and analyze the market to devise your own business development strategy, ensuring we deliver the very best market solutions for our clients.
  • Cultivate Long-Term Partnerships: You will implement effective strategies for every customer to meet and surpass their expectations, fostering the growth of robust, long-term business partnerships.
  • Proposals and Negotiations: You will participate in tender bids and lead price negotiations with customers, taking responsibility for preparing comprehensive proposals, quotations, and winning presentations.
  • Entrepreneurial Impact: This is an opportunity to shape your own success, you will have the creative freedom to identify and secure your own partners, seeing the direct impact of your efforts on our shared growth.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: You will interact with and further enhance the excellent teamwork within the office, working closely with the customer service center team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Industry Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in Air or Sea freight forwarding. You understand how the market moves and how to navigate its complexities with a professional hand.
  • Communication Skills: You are a native level speaker of Finnish or Swedish, with the fluent English skills required to collaborate across our global network.
  • A Natural Relationship Builder: You are someone who feels comfortable and sincere when discussing logistics solutions with decision makers, always aiming to provide an exemplary customer experience.
  • Helpful Assets: Having a background in multimodal environments or bringing an existing network of contacts is a significant advantage.
  • Professional Mobility: You hold a valid driving license and have a true enjoyment for being out in the field, meeting people in person to understand their business firsthand.
