Job Description - Sales Support Representative

## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nResponsible for providing quotations and technical support for UPS, MV and LV solutions. Prepares tender documentation and handles customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality technical and commercial support via phone, email, and occasional customer visits, max 20% travel and meeting customers.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Provide accurate sales pipeline maintenance\n * Be capable of turning customer documentation into offers and contracts.\n * Lead and Opportunity Management: Conduct initial discovery meetings, identify, track and qualify leads, and ensure follow-up actions are taken to drive sales opportunities. Prepare quotations.\n * Customer Interaction and Issue Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for customer calls when sales professionals are unavailable, providing timely and accurate information. Address delivery issues, handle complaints, and support customer relationship management.\n * Administrative and logistical support. Participate in order management and assist securing deliveries.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Minimum Bsc. In Electrical field\n * Minimum 5 years of sales/project experience in similar field preferred\n\n\n\n## Skills:\n\n * Fluent in Finnish and English\n * Broad buildings electrical distribution system knowledge especially UPS, MV and LV.\n * Understanding of common commercial terms, and preferably segment expertise in C\u0026I-segment.\n * Have a basic knowledge of product portfolio, marine application, understanding of the security standards used by defence sector\n * SAP knowledge and experience.\n * Be a visible advocate of digital tools \u0026 cadence systems to drive sales efficiency/effectiveness.\n * Ensure the highest level of ethical behavior and safety standards are implemented and aligned with Eaton\u2019s culture.\n * A team player, consultative \u0026 detailed, driven, resilient \u0026 can-do attitude. Positive and energetic.\n\n\n
