Salesperson Position Available at Northern Lights Village!
The Northern Lights Village brand was born in 2016 and since then we have opened three resorts in Finnish Lapland. About the Job
We are seeking 3-4 experienced Salespersons to join our company, who'll work in our Sales Office in Ivalo.
Key Responsibilities
Replying to guests' and agents' email & phone enquiries
Making reservations, amendments and cancellations of hotel, restaurant, transfer and activity bookings
Carefully planning guests' itineraries and offering solutions for their requests
Diligently communicating booking updates to the operations team
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer service
Fluent spoken and written English
Good overall knowledge of the hospitality industry
Familiarity with hotel software
Effective communication skills
Friendly nature
Beneficial Qualifications
Fluency in Finnish in addition to English
Knowledge of the local area
Experience with Mews, FareHarbor & Asana
Understanding hotel operation metrics

112,5 working hours per 3-week period, with some overtime possible

Salary negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience

If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €250,00/month
