Your Key responsibility Our SAP Access management professionals help our clients realize the benefits of their digital transformation while accelerating their business in a controlled manner through a robust and adaptable access management set-up, securing processes effectively without impeding business responsiveness, complemented by an appropriate supporting governance process that connects ownership across business and IT. You will be based in Helsinki but projects could include cross-border collaboration and you will get the opportunity to travel in the Scandinavian region, the rest of Europe and globally.

Senior Role:

• Lead and coordinate a team of SAP security experts to develop and implement security measures and authorization concepts.
• Oversee the design and development of SAP Access management governing processes and security roles to meet business needs without compromising security.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, audit, compliance, and business units, to ensure a holistic approach to SAP security.
• Translating compliance frameworks into eGRC tooling, such as SAP IAG or SAP GRC. 

Consultant:

• Have a strong interest to develop and grow in digital platforms and technology, particularly around SAP and Access management topics.
• Ability to engage with and manage multiple stakeholder communities and cross functional projects.
• Business acumen - compile information quickly and accurately, being able to summarize and breaking down intricate subjects into understandable terms

To qualify for this role, you must have:

You have a good understanding or eagerness to learn business processes, connecting of how an SAP security and access management set-up impacts and drive business objectives. You are in a key role to help drive or contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth by updated on the latest SAP security trends, technologies, and best practices

• For Senior Consultant Role: 
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP security along an S/4HANA transformation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a strategic outlook while ensuring the execution of technical activities.
    
• For Consultant Role: 
  • 2 years of experience in SAP security along an S/4HANA transformation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

We are seeking for a SAP Access Management Consultant, with a deep understanding of SAP's Access Management technical components and the ability to maintain a big-picture overview of the key roles a Roles & Authorization stream must fulfill during a SAP Transformation for our experienced hire profile or the eagerness to learn and grow professionally in this domain for the consultant position. 

You have a strong analytical mindset with the capability to troubleshoot complex issues, make informed decisions, and implement effective solutions. This role requires someone who can navigate around a diverse cultural environment, within both local and international projects, and can effectively contribute to a team.
