Senior Advisor, Retail Leasing

We are looking for a driven and innovative SENIOR ADVISOR to join our talented Retail Leasing team. Do you get excited about working with the industry’s top professionals to provide exceptional service to our clients? Then CBRE might be the place for you.

In this pivotal role you will participate in lease negotiations in accordance with agreed procedures. You will create a customized leasing approach for each retailer and property when contacting and negotiating with the retailer. You have the know-how to negotiate the terms of lease that will maximize profitability for your clients. You will actively collaborate with different stakeholders for innovative leasing solutions. 

What are we looking for?

• At least three (3) years of relevant work experience with proven track record of previous achievements 
• Proficiency in Excel, with attention to detail and accuracy 
• Previous knowledge of real estate principles and practices
• Communication and presentation skills 
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
• Experience from research and market analysis
• Negotiation and persuasion skills 
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Fluency in both Finnish and English, additional languages are considered beneficial 
• Licensed real estate broker (LKV) certificate is considered beneficial
