Helsinki (Hybrid) · Full-time, Permanent
Most AI trainings end the moment the presentation ends: people get inspired for an hour, but by Monday they are back to their old habits. At Gapps, we drive change inside the tools people already open every morning: Google Workspace and Gemini.
We are looking for an experienced consultant to lead AI adoption programs for our major enterprise customers. You will work where change actually happens: coaching teams, guiding leadership, and turning AI from a novelty into everyday work.
✅ What you'll do: Lead an AI adoption program for Gapps’ customers. You'd coach staff, teams, and leadership through the change, especially in their Google Workspace and Gemini environment, and shape how the program itself develops.
✅ Where: Hybrid, based at Gapps' Helsinki HQ in Kalasatama. Customer trainings and workshops often need you on-site, and you'll be the one judging when that matters most.
✅ Team: You'll work with Gapps' AI team, including Lauri Raitasuo (Lead Solutions Architect), Atte Front (Project & Change Manager), Sini Liu (Senior AI Change Lead), Leena Peltomaa (Senior AI Solutions Consultant), Elmo Visuri (Tech Lead), and Jani Muuronen (AI Business Unit Lead).
✅ Compensation: Base salary of 4,500 to 6,000 euros a month, plus a targeted annual bonus of 10,000 to 20,000 euros.
Why not apply? If you want a fixed training package to repeat as it is, or you'd prefer to stay platform-neutral and away from the tools themselves. Same if you're after a pure technical development or project management role. You'll build and adapt the program while you deliver it.
Maybe you're an AI or change consultant at a generalist consultancy. Every customer runs a different stack, so you never get deep enough in any of them to answer the second question in the room.
Or maybe you're the person inside a large organization who quietly became the AI expert. You can see exactly where AI use keeps stalling, but the decisions sit three layers above you, and your part ends at the feature tour.
At Gapps, the change happens inside the tools people already use. Gapps has worked with Google since 2010, and most customers work in Google Workspace, where Gemini is already inside their Gmail, Docs, and Meet. One large customer runs an extensive AI adoption program with Gapps across several thousand employees, and new requests keep coming in.
Leena Peltomaa, Senior AI Solutions Consultant, describes where many customers start:
"We have exactly those people who barely chat a little with Gemini, and there's still a big threshold to building even an agent, let alone actual applications."
This role is for someone customers take seriously from the first meeting, which rarely happens in your first or second job. You've already led technical change in more than one organization, seen a cloud or workplace-tool rollout from the inside and you have experience with AI solutions.
You'll take Gapps' AI Adoption framework and tailor it to each customer, watching how the change lands in practice in their Google environment and adjusting along the way to drive the biggest positive impact.
Facilitation, coaching and training
Design and lead hands-on AI training, labs and workshops for mixed skill levels and different use cases. Most of our customers are in Google environment and therefor utilise Gemini, but also other AI tools like Claude are possible
Coach leadership and managers on how AI reshapes their teams' everyday workflows.
Train customer’s internal AI champions to ensure sustainable, long-term change without relying on you being in the room.
Change leadership and impact
Assess current AI skills and map out realistic adoption roadmaps for customer organizations.
Address human friction openly, from natural hesitation and fear to organizational bottlenecks.
Track real adoption metrics (usage patterns, active users, champion activity, qualitative feedback) and use data to refine the program.
Service and project ownership
Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and expectations directly with customer’s stakeholders and Gapps' delivery team.
Sharpen Gapps' existing AI Adoption framework with the team.
Document best practices into shared playbooks, so the service doesn't rely on one person's knowledge or style.
Flag risks early and stay credible when you don't have every answer yet.
Some days you're in front of a room running a hands-on Gemini lab, or coaching a team through their first real use cases in Docs and Sheets. Other days you're one-on-one with a hesitant manager, or planning with Lauri and Leena how to adapt the program for a new business unit.
You'll also spend time on the less visible work: reviewing feedback, updating materials, and figuring out where adoption is stalling.
The mix shifts over time as the customer relationship matures: early months focus on direct delivery and getting to know the environment, while later months lean towards strategic ownership, measurement, and scaling the service.

We are a Finnish digital transformation and cloud consultancy, founded in 2010. Since day one, we've focused on helping organizations get genuine value out of Google Workspace and Google Cloud, which remains the backbone of our business.
Over the years, we've grown into a multi-million-euro company and been recognized as Google Cloud Country Partner of the Year for Finland. Our team works across cloud infrastructure, AI, managed services, digital workplaces, and security.
We are shifting from one-off implementation projects and license revenue towards productized services, long-term partnerships and AI solutions. In 2026, Vesa Sironen returned as CEO to lead the next chapter, aiming to make us Finland's most trusted partner for AI and cloud services. AI Adoption is one area where that shift is already happening in practice.
We are small enough that your work is visible and your decisions carry real consequences. The culture runs on high professional standards and low hierarchy, with genuine autonomy over how you work and responsibility given early. Jyrki Rautio, who leads one big migration project on Gapps' side, put it like this:
"You get responsibility. You have to be able to carry it. But you are not alone."
Compensation
Base salary: 4,500 to 6,000 €/month. Where you land within this range depends on your directly relevant experience and skills, which we are happy to discuss openly.
Bonus model: A shared team billing bonus paid out monthly (900 €/month at target billing). The model is uncapped and scales with billing performance, typically resulting in 10,000 to 20,000 € per year. We are currently reviewing potential updates to the model for the coming year and will walk through the exact mechanics and numbers during the process.
Location
Hybrid, based at Gapps' Helsinki HQ in Kalasatama. Customer trainings and workshops often need you on-site. The office has ergonomic workstations, quiet focus spaces, a gym and snacks. If you work remotely part of the week, Gapps provides the tools and support for a proper home workstation.
Health and wellbeing
Extensive occupational healthcare
Extensive insurance
A benefits package covering both physical and mental health
The specifics get walked through during the process.
Professional growth
Access to Google certifications
Support for other professional development relevant to your role
Dedicated time built into your working hours for studying and developing your expertise
Language requirements
Excellent Finnish and good-to-excellent English, since the role reaches both individual employees and business leadership on the customer side.
Interested? Here's an honest look at what matters most for this role. You don't need to check every box, but these are the things that make the biggest difference.
Strong facilitation and coaching skills. You can read a room, handle mixed skill levels, and adapt on the spot when energy dips.
Credibility with business leadership. You are as comfortable sparring with executive teams as you are guiding first-time users. This isn't your first or second job.
Hands-on experience with cloud workplace tools. Ideally Google Workspace and Gemini. You know what happens after go-live in large rollouts.
A practical, grounded approach to AI. You can distinguish genuine business value from marketing hype and explain both clearly.
Change leadership and proactive ownership. You understand the human side of tech adoption, spot blockers early, and take action without waiting for a checklist.
Good to have: Google Cloud experience, Google certifications, and experience measuring adoption or building training programs.
Send your application by 22.11.2026 and tell us who you are, what you've built, and why this role makes sense for you right now. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
