Senior AI Security Technology Specialist

Your responsibilities will include maintaining awareness of our current security posture, identifying technology improvement opportunities, and steering our long-term security strategy with a focus on AI. Serve as the subject matter expert on AI Security across the organization, providing strategic insights and guidance to ensure robust security measures are in place. Define and establish security requirements and design principles for AI, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. Drive competence development in AI security; teach, coach, and mentor colleagues on various aspects of the domain. Provide technical guidance to advance Generative AI Risk Management and Governance processes. Support Business and Market Areas in security-related engagements. Demonstrate technological innovation leadership and support standardization efforts. Conduct technical Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) in AI security. A passion for driving change on a global scale. A natural curiosity and ambition to learn and grow. Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in an international setting and influence across organizations. Proficiency in customer interaction. Demonstrable experience in security technologies, with a minimum of 5 years in IT or telecom. Strong background and proven experience in AI technologies and their security implications. Familiarity with AI standardization efforts and technical specifications. Understanding of securing AI pipelines in cloud deployments, MLOps, and MLSecOps. Familiarity with cloud-native network functions, telecom networks, nodes, and architecture. Insight into the security business landscape, including key players, trends, and market dynamics.
