(Senior) Analytics Engineer 

Location: Any twoday office (Helsinki, Tampere, Hyvinkää, Turku, Jyväskylä) with flexible remote working opportunities.

Salary range: Base salary ranges from 3000–5500 € + additional bonus based on your customer invoicing.

We are looking for Analytics Engineer (mid or senior level) to work on our customer projects creating sustainable and innovative reporting solutions that generate real business value.

• Working as a part of the team on our customer projects and collaborating with our customers to understand their reporting needs and requirements.

• Translating business needs into technical specifications and developing effective data models.

• Building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations in PowerBI.

Who are you working with:

Your role is based in twoday Finland’s Data & AI business unit with approximately 200 employees in versatile roles related to modern data & analytics.

Your colleagues & stakeholders:

• You’ll belong to a customer circle, which is your home base and team with whom you spend most of your working time.
• You’ll belong to at least one technology practice. Technology practices are communities of professionals with similar backgrounds focused on competence and offering development.
• You’ll have your own People Lead supporting your professional growth, career development, and wellbeing.
• You’ll work closely with customers, mainly Finland’s largest enterprises in both private and public sectors in all major industries.

Key Skills in this Role:

• Previous experience in developing reporting solutions for business needs.

• Experienced in PowerBI.

• Skilled in SQL and ability to develop procedures and data marts.

• Capability to communicate in English, and with non-technical people.

• Additionally, we appreciate your previous experience using Dbt for SQL modeling. This is also something you can learn while working.

What does success look like in this role?

During the first 6 months, you have:

• Integrated into your new work community and are a great culture-add to our business unit
• Reached a billing ratio of at least 50%, or you are likely to reach it soon
• Your expertise has proven to be relevant to our customer projects
