Senior Application Engineer

At Eaton, we are committed to Lead, Invest and Execute for Growth.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nAs a Senior Application Engineer, you\u2019ll be a key technical expert supporting Eaton\u2019s large UPS systems and special solutions across the EMEA region. You\u2019ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to design, quote, and deliver high-performance power solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored UPS solutions.\n * Prepare technical and commercial quotations with supporting documentation.\n * Collaborate with R\u0026D, Product Marketing, Production, Sales, and Suppliers.\n * Host customer visits, witness tests, and technical demonstrations.\n * Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.\n * Uphold Eaton\u2019s values and actively contribute to team collaboration and continuous improvement.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.\n * 3\u20135 years of experience in the electrical/electronics industry.\n\n\n\n \n \n\n\n## Skills:\n\n * Strong technical knowledge in power electronics and three-phase systems.\n * Experience with UPS or frequency converter technologies is a plus.\n * Fluent in English; basic Finnish is beneficial.\n * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.\n * Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.\n\n\n\n#LI-OV1\n\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
