Admicom is a SaaS provider that digitizes the building and construction ecosystem and capitalizes on the global megatrend of construction technology. The company was founded in Finland and is listed on the First North Helsinki stock exchange. We have just renewed our organizational structure and in order to support Admicom's accelerating growth strategy phase in the best possible way, we are looking for an experienced Business Controller who is also proficient in external accounting and, in particular, the regulation related to capitalization of development costs, from the perspective of both Finnish Accounting Standards and IFRS.
We are looking for a Senior Business Controller to support our Group's product development and product management functions, in particular. You will play a key role in supporting the accelerated growth phase in the finance function, which supports the company's strategic decision-making and helps ensure that growth is sustainable and consistent. In your role, you will also be responsible for the development of the Group's management accounting and financial forecasting processes and participate in financial management system projects.

Our team works both from the office and remotely. In this role, we value the fact that the person themselves feels that working together with others from the office is an effective way to promote ongoing projects and create relationships. When supporting product management and product development, it is important to be available and reachable at the office while maintaining flexibility for personal needs.

We are looking for a talent to join our team that will take our management accounting and forecasting capabilities to a new level. At Admicom, we do not draw a strict line between external and internal accounting, but we work as one team, where we require expertise from both sides. In your role, you will support product management and product development in creating new operating models, so the ability to purposefully move development projects forward and the ability to create good relationships across organizational boundaries is of primary importance – in other words, you have excellent interaction and communication skills.
You also have the ability to open-mindedly and boldly identify essential areas for development in the finance function and propose solutions to them. We value a structured way of working, but in our team it is equally important to be able to withstand uncertainty and have ability to take on new challenges.
