Senior Electrical Engineer

Design or modify electrical engineering assemblies, layouts, schematics, drawings Identify and troubleshoot a variety of complex electrical problems with limited supervision Technically lead or execute engineering projects together with key stakeholders and key suppliers Implement concepts for a variety of complex product issues and electrical solutions of difficult scope Generate electrical product specifications; specify and review engineering documentation Productize the designs and confirm they are fully optimized for cost, manufacturability, and assembly efficiency, enabling consistent, scalable, and repeatable production Serve as a resource for junior colleagues; lead project teams, as needed Clearly communicate difficult or sensitive information; build consensus Bachelor's degree 4-7 years of experience in a related field Strong knowledge of industry best practices, key business drivers, competition in the marketplace, and how your area of expertise integrates with others Previous experience using E3s for schematic design and Teamcenter for product lifecycle management Demonstrated leadership skills to lead small projects as needed
